Nashional Tax Planning PLLC is not a CPA firm. This means that the firm does not provide any audit or attest services. The principal owner is a licensed CPA domiciled in the state of Texas and the firm provides tax planning and other related services. Based on these types of services, the firm is not required to register with the state. We can refer you to a CPA firm upon request, but it is your responsibility to do your own due diligence and determine whether the referral is able to adequately fulfill your needs based on their experience, knowledge and overall expertise.

Nashional Tax Planning may recommend that you use the services of certain affiliated entities as part of the tax planning process. In addition, we may rely on the services and technology of certain non-affiliated specialists in order to implement tax strategies. We disclose the nature of any relationships during the course of our engagement with clients. Clients are not required to use affiliated or non-affiliated service providers.

Prices for our services may change at any time and without warning. Our firm’s practice is to bill clients immediately as services are performed in accordance with the terms of our executed engagement letters. Clients are expected to pay promptly once invoiced and will receive periodic automated reminders until we are paid in full. We do not charge retainers or upfront payments for tax preparation and planning. We generally use third party financial technology companies to facilitate the collection and transmittal of our service income. If any billing issues arise for any reason and we determine the clients are entitled to a refund after services are performed, we will promptly process refund and remit payment. There are no cancellations or grounds for nonpayment once services have been performed in accordance with our engagement letters.
